2. Personal data

Field Guide 01 is downloaded directly from this website. Downloading does not request an email, create a subscriber record or trigger email delivery. This version contains no subscription form. An option to receive future guides and updates will be introduced separately once its information, choices and operation have been verified.

Hosting may process technical connection and security data, such as IP address, requested resource and request details, to serve the page and PDF. If you contact us by email, we receive your address and message contents. This website does not request health information.

Previous email requests and test records are managed separately in MailerLite. They may include email, language, request and confirmation dates and source, permissions, technical consent evidence and message activity. MailerLite has confirmed that email links record clicks and that this tracking cannot be disabled. Open tracking was disabled for the two guide-delivery emails prepared for this website. Current direct downloads do not pass through those email links or create new MailerLite records.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Download and operation: serve the requested page and resource and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interest in providing and protecting the service, limited to necessary technical data. Downloading alone does not give permission for marketing emails.

Enquiries: respond to your message and handle its contents, based on your consent when contacting us or relevant precontractual steps if you enquire about a specific service. Avoid sending unsolicited health information.

Previous requests and permissions: handle the guide or updates you chose, according to the relevant consent. Address confirmation does not replace optional marketing permission or automatically authorise non-essential measurement. New email capture is pending configuration and verification and is not offered through this version.

Security and rights: prevent abuse and handle legal duties and rights requests, based on a legitimate interest in necessary security measures and legal obligations where applicable.

4. Retention

Direct downloading creates no lead record in our list. Email enquiries are retained as needed to resolve them and then only as necessary for applicable obligations or liabilities. Technical hosting data is subject to the provider’s settings and retention; we have not configured our own visitor or download database.

Unconfirmed requests and guide-only records: we have established a weekly manual review to remove them from the operational list within 30 days of request or delivery, except for unresolved issues that justify temporary retention. Review queues flag age in advance; the actual delivery date is checked before action. Automatic deletion is not configured: review and erasure follow UNIT Digital’s operating procedure.

Update subscriptions: while permission remains valid and processing necessary. Unsubscribing stops sends and excludes the record from active segments, but does not necessarily erase all evidence immediately. Minimum evidence required to demonstrate consent, honour a withdrawal or handle liabilities may be kept on a limited basis for applicable periods. These records are not used for new promotional sends after withdrawal. Their necessity is reviewed through the retention procedure and when rights requests are received.

5. Providers and international transfers

Previously prepared forms, lists and automations remain in MailerLite. This direct-download version loads none of its forms and sends no download data to MailerLite. The account is configured in Spain. Under its terms, the contracting entity for EEA accounts is MailerLite Limited (Ireland). Its processing agreement also identifies MailerLite, Inc. (United States), and permits subprocessors and international processing. Data should not be understood to stay exclusively in Spain or the European Union.

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Its processing agreement identifies OpenAI Ireland Ltd for EEA users. Hosting may involve infrastructure providers and international transfers. Each provider distinguishes processing on our behalf from processing under its own responsibility for platform administration and security.

Safeguards include applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. Consult the agreements and provider lists below, or request information or copies of safeguards by email, subject to necessary confidentiality protections. We do not sell the list or provide it to advertisers for their campaigns. Disclosure to authorities may occur where legally required.

6. Your rights and unsubscribe

You may request applicable access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability rights, or withdraw consent, by emailing unitgymchiclana@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. We verify identity proportionately and ask for further information only where necessary.

Emails include MailerLite’s unsubscribe link; you may also request withdrawal by email. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.aepd.es. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Language and permissions organise delivery and updates.

7. Scope and changes

This policy concerns UNIT Digital’s website and guide, including previous records from preparation of email delivery. It does not replace notices for the gym’s in-person services. Future subscriptions, provider or purpose changes, and paid products will require updated information and new permissions where applicable.
